These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to buying, selling and servicing devices with CNA Computers & More (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Warranty / Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What we do

  • We buy used devices from customers and sell used and refurbished devices.
  • We provide hardware and component services for out of warranty devices.
  • We are an independent business and are not affiliated with or authorized by any manufacturer.

2. Offers, prices and estimates

  • We give you an offer, a price or an estimate before any sale or service is completed.
  • Offers for devices you sell are confirmed in store after we check the device.
  • Stock changes often and specific models are subject to availability.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due when you buy a device or pick up a serviced device, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed in store.

4. Selling a device to us

  • You confirm you are the legal owner of the device, or that you have the owner’s permission to sell it.
  • The device must not be lost, stolen, financed with an unpaid balance, or blocked by a carrier or manufacturer.
  • You may be asked for a valid photo ID. We may decline any device and may report suspected stolen property to the authorities.
  • Our offer is based on the condition we see in store. You are responsible for removing your accounts and personal data before the sale.

5. Buying a device from us

  • We describe each device’s condition and any warranty before you pay.
  • Returns and warranty claims follow our Warranty / Refund Policy and the terms on your receipt.

6. Your data

Please back up and remove your accounts and personal data before you sell us a device or leave it for service. We are not responsible for data left on a device.

7. Limited warranty

Devices we sell and completed services include a limited warranty. Coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim are set out in our Warranty / Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any sale or service is limited to the amount you paid.
  • We do not promise specific results beyond what our warranty states.

9. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, or use it for fraud. We may change website content at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design and layout of this website belong to CNA Computers & More and may not be copied without written permission, except for personal, non commercial use.

11. Brand affiliation

CNA Computers & More is not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Apple, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo or any other manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their owners. See our Brand Disclaimer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
